CSE in SMIT is very promising. Placements in SMIT are good and the college itself has a lot to offer in terms of workshops, seminars, conferences, extracurriculars and other activities. If you want to learn beyond just what is prescribed in the syllabus, definitely SMIT is worth trying for. If you want to know more please do some research by logging into the website of SMIT:

Any field of law, including Cyber law, is LLB. Hence, you can pursue an LLM only after you have finished your LLB. That being said, there are various diploma courses and online courses in Cyber Law that can be pursued even without doing LLb. You can opt for one of those. Indian Law Institute has a part-time diploma is Cyber law and it is open to even non-law graduates.
Asked about University College of Law , Osmania University - Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Law: Please check the criteria that this particular course requires. Going by the general rule, you should be eligible for this diploma.
