BTech at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management is the most sought-after programme. The institute gives entrance-based scholarships to eligible students. Eligibility includes scoring 85%-90% in Class 12 and getting high marks in the entrance test. Students coming from the EWS may apply separately for the EWS scheme instead. To apply for BTech at VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS), you must have passed your class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, achieving at least a 45% aggregate score. For a students from some reserved categories may be eligible with a slightly lower score of 40%.

Candidate should have studied Physics and Mathematics are compulsory and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology as optional subjects. Those with Diploma in Engineering and Technology or BSc are also eligible. Minimum aggregate requirements remain same.
