Is it worth to pursue B.Tech from MMU, Ambala? I am expecting around 40-45% in 12th standard.

Yes, it is not a good college. You may see other colleges in Haryana & nearby Haryana like PIET-Haryana, Lovely Professional University-Punjab, CGC Landran-Chandigarh, Chandigarh University, Thapar University and MAIT-Delhi.
