It depends on your career choice. You can take several certification courses or you can do M.Tech Ph.D. or you can do MBA, CS, etc.

Hello Siddharth,
After B.Tech in mechanical engineering doing M.Sc. In physics may not give you any direct tangible benefits. It will better to opt for M.Tech in specialisation of your choice.

Yes, you can pursue either of these degrees since they would add more weight age to your credentials. Pursue it only from a good college though. Good luck.
