According to the AICTE Guidance, candidates who have completed B.Sc. With a minimum mark of 45 percent and have completed class 12 with the subject of mathematics are eligible. So Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges. Hope it helps.
