The highest international and the highest domestic packages offered at IIST Indore BTech CSE placements stood at INR 128.39 LPA and INR 24.7 LPA. Refer to the table to know the same:

The total tuition fee for BTech under Convenor Quota is INR 3.23 lakh. The total tuition fee for candidates seeking admission in BTech under Management Quota ranges between INR 3.24 lakh and INR 6.40 lakh. The fee is calculated considering the tuition fee per annum. Candidates have to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat. 

It depends on the state you live in or the state/city you want admission in. I am from Kanpur (U.P). I m currently studying in CSJMU Kanpur and the fee structure here is minimal.

At IIT Kanpur, candidates can go for various BTech and BTech Integrated courses through JEE Advanced scores. In 2023, IIT Kanpur cutoff has been released from 238 to 11824 for the General AI category. In connection to it, if a candidate acquire a rank of 8000 in JEE Advanced exam, then the only BTech programme candidates can avail under 8000 rank is B.Tech. in Biological Science and Bioengineering as per IIT Kanpur cutoff 2023. So, yes, it is achievable to get the BTech course.
