You can become an AME by appearing for and clearing examination conducted by DGCA for granting a licence.

Hello Hardik,
You can seek lateral admission directly in the 2nd year of engineering in your own state or treating Diploma as equivalent to class 12th to seek admission in the 1st year in any IIT. For former no exam. For later, JEE Mains & JEE Advanced.

Hi,
If you have money problem then BCA will give you a better breath. Even you may pursue distance education which would be much beneficial in order to course fee.
