Ofcourse you can go for MBA after your B.Tech. MBA doesnt require a Bachelors in a relative business education. Any graduate can pursue MBA irrespective of their graduation type and specialization. All the best.

There are many government colleges for engineering like NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs, state government colleges, etc., which have a very good demand by students. These are few government colleges in India for engineering.

Should I prefer pursuing Ph.D followed by B.Sc and M.Sc or B.Tech and M.Tech? I want to become a professor in a government college.

I think it is better to complete Ph.D after completing B.Sc and M.Sc because B.Tech enables technical knowledge rather than teachable and Ph.D provides research knowledge for you to teach the future generations.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Hello Alpesh,
Your score in MHT-CET and class 12th are almost matching. It's actually quite tough to predict college since there are plenty of variables that determine this. However, I am attaching a link that will predict college for you.
