You can't do B.Tech, but you can go for mass media or a web designing course if you are interested in computers.

Can I seek admission in a good college for BE or B.Tech in robotics or nanotechnology? I am a 12th grade student.

Yes, why not. You will have to study well to score good in 12th and prepare for entrance exams as well. Prepare for JEE , BITSAT, IPU-CET amd other related engineering exams and you will surely be able to pursue your desired course in a reputed college. You will have to work really hard for that.
