College and stream should not be made like a business investment and a return thing, opt for field that you love the most and excel in it, money will follow.

90+ scorer in general category was in waiting list as per 2016, you can expect that cut-off for admission would be 110+.

Try state government colleges under UKTU. You will get GBPEC-Pauri or KEC-Kumaon.
