Diplomas are not accepted in Germany. You can enrol into a Bachelor's degree in India and complete only the first year with very good grades and then apply to German universities. Or, you clear the IIT JEE advance and apply.

Your academic records appear to be reasonable. Universities abroad have different yardsticks and you will have check with each one of them to find out eligibility. To me, it appears that there should be no problem.

From your options it is assumed that you want to be a software engineer. B.Tech CSE or B.Tech IT is the most accepted qualification by Indian IT industry for Developer jobs. It will take 4 years to do B.Tech. BCS-MCA duration is 5 to 6 years. Therefore, it is recommended that you opt for B.Tech CSE

Dear Suman, Top college in Bangalore is only IISc Bangalore. So to get admission in this college you will have to get good or highest marks. Also, you will have to come under top 200 rank then you can get admission in this college.
