Maths is mandatory for Engineering and Science graduation. Maths is not difficult. In case you are not able to cope with it, you are advised to seek professional coach/ teacher help to improve your Maths fundamentals.

You can do Aeronautical Engineering specialisation after Mechanical engineering graduation also but I will recommend that you do B.Tech AE and then do super specialisation at M.Tech. You can evaluate IIT Powai, PEC University Chandigarh, IIST, Manipal university, Amity University etc. Amity has

You have an option of doing BCA MCA to be a software engineer / developer provided you had Maths at +2 stage. If you did not have Maths at 12th you can join IGNOU for BCA and do make up Maths course as part of BCA syllabus.

Yes you can do! Amity University gives B.Tech even if you have PCB I myself got selected there! don't worry about it. . go try your luck!
