Will I get a seat in NIT, Raipur? My JEE score is 124 and my marks from Chhatisgarh board is 76.4. I am from General category.

Never ! don't forget you are in general category . your JEE and boards marks are not enough for NIT.

there r several and number of college s offering b.tech in bihar but d best ones and top prefered ones are IIT and nit in patna bit in patna and many more

There is no guarantee that you will get job in GM after doing B.Tech in USA. However if you do B.Tech from top USA university you have high chance of picking a good job in USA including in GM.

Syllabus of EEE and ECE is about 80% common. EEE syllabus has electives on Electrical power generation and distribution. Whereas ECE has electives on Telecommunication technology.
