The application fees for the Amrita School of Engineering Amritapuri BTech programme depend on which entrance examination has been selected by the candidate for admission. Candidates who wish to apply with a JEE Main score are required to pay only INR 500. Those who wish to apply and appear for the AEEE exam are required to pay an application fee of INR 1,200.

The tuition fee amount for BTech courses at both the universities is almost the same. HBTU Kanpur BTech tuition fee amount is INR 3 lakh. While BTech at CSJMU cost range from INR 3.6 Lacs to INR 4.2 lakh. Hence, there isn't a big margin in the fee amount. The overall fee is also economical at both the universities. Courses in Electronics & Communication Engineering are offered at the diploma, UG, PG, and doctorate levels. A diploma in Electronics & Communication Engg. is 3 years long. For UG-level ECE courses, the general course duration 4 years in India. If you opt for an integrated BTech-MTech in ECE, the total course duration will be 5 years. For MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, the overall duration is 2 years in general. Further, the duration of PhD courses in ECE can span between 3 years and 6 years on the basis of your specialisation and the institution offering the course.

GITAM SOT Visakhapatnam has opened the application portal for BTech 2025 admissions. Candidates seeking admission must apply for the preferred course by submitting the application form available on the university's online admission portal. Moreover, as per the official website, the last date to apply was in March. Students are advised to register before the prescribed deadline.
