No,  B.Tech is not offered in distance mode in India as per AICTE  (All India Council for Technical Education) and UGC (University Grants Commission) regulations. It is prohibited by AICTE.

Total course fees (4 year) for B.Tech at Techno Main Salt Lake, Kolkata including all branches is approximately INR 4.2 lakh. This is only tution fees. You can expect other charges such as hostel, mess, maintaince, etc. So for 4 years you have to pay approximately 10 lakhs. You may get some sort of scholarship thats a different thing.
