You have apparently no chances for NIT's or IIIT's even under home state quota!! So better try in good Private institutions! Some even conduct their own entrance tests!!
You may go for VIT/ SRM as top choices if u have good rank in their entrance test!
otherwise go for DAV University or Amity Univers

Congratulations Neha on getting 40,000 rank but it would be more helpful if u tell me in which exam u r getting this rank.If it is in jee mains then it is wonderful and u will get good private colleges and u can see for government college also but if u r getting this rank in upsee or better know as

No, you will be disqualified from admission if your PCM score is below the cutoff.
