International Maritime Institute Greater Noida offers 60 seats for its BTech course. Since the seats are limited, they must apply as soon as the application portal opens. At IM Noida seats are only allocated once the IMU CET counselling is conducted. Shortlisted candidates are called to appear in the counseling. Candidates have to go through various stages which are registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, fee payment, etc.

International Maritime Institute Greater Noida BTech curriculum is divided into eight semesters. The BTech curriculum offers a plethora of value-added courses to pre-sea and post-sea candidates. International Maritime Institute Greater Noida accepts the Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test (IMU CET) exam for admission to its BTech cousre. The examination will be conducted through online mode only. Candidates can register themselves for the examination through the official website of IMU CET. IMU CET Application Form 2025 will be released in March. IMU offers various courses in marine engineering, naval architecture, shipbuilding, nautical. MAKAUT offers BTech programme across two specialisations at the university campus. However, there are more than 20 BTech specialisations available at the affiliated colleges of MAKAUT. Some of the affiliated Engineering colleges under MAKAUT include Asansol Engineering College, NSHM Institute of Engineering and Technology, among others.

No, MAKAUT considers WBJEE for regular admission to BTech programme and JELET (conducted by WBJEEB) for admission to lateral entry programme. Other than above mentioned exams, the official website does not mention any other source of admission. Students are advised to check with the admissions office of the college.
