To get into DSU for a BTech course, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university. Students must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 50%. The University of Lucknow offers a four-year, full-time BTech course based on candidates' performance in the JEE Main entrance exam. For Mechanical Engineering, the JEE Main last round closing rank stood at 270103 for the General AI category students. The first-round cutoff for the same was 225423. So, considering the first and last-round cutoff ranks, the minimum rank required is 225423 to be eligible for admission to BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Mahindra University B.Tech. and MBA students can become Managers, Consultants, and Engineers, or can go for other non-technical streams. BTech courses offered at Mahindra University are AICTE-approved. The highest package offered to a BTech graduate so far is 38 LPA. NIRF 2025 ranking of Mahindra University under Engineering category is between 101 - 150. Hence, BTech at Mahindra University is worth pursuing.

Average Salary of the students from RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata pursuing B.Tech CSE would be around Rs. 4.5 Lacs PA. the highest Salary to a student from this batch was recorded around Rs 13 Lacs PA. The tuition fee at Arunai Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai is from INR 50,000 per year to INR 1,00,000 for every course and category of admissions like government quota and management quota. The eligibility for the B.E. / B.Tech course from Jaya Engineering College at Thiruninravur, Chennai, expects that students have completed 10+2 education through core subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and come from a recognised board.
