Applicants applying for B.E. / B.Tech programs at KJ College of Engineering & Management Research have to produce certain documents. These are the 10th and 12th standard mark sheets and passing certificates, MHT-CET or JEE Main score cards, date of birth certificate, caste certificate if any, domicile certificate etc. As well as, a medical fitness certificate and an affidavit, which opposes ragging, should be provided by candidates. The college also demands 4-6 passport size photographs and xerox copies of all the above documents. The fees for B.E./B Tech courses in KJ College of Engineering & Management Research have different fee structure based on the quota and category. For the academic year 2024-2025 B.E./B.Tech First year Tuition fees for Maharashtra State candidates are INR 1,23,000/- per annum and for Outside Maharashtra State candidates are INR 2,41,000/- per annum. About development fees: INR 10000/annually, about examination fees: INR 5000/annually. The total fee payable for four years B.E./B.Tech courses would be Rs. 59,200/- for Maharashtra State candidates and Rs. 60,840/- for outside Maharashtra State candidates.

The exact admission dates for admission to the BTech programme of Assam Don Bosco University have not been released yet. Candidates are required to pass Class 12 with relevant Science subjects. Hence, it can be said that aspirants must apply soon after their Class 12 results are released to avoid missing the deadline. To be eligible, candidates are required to apply for JEE Main/any state-level entrance exam/DUE-GET entrance exam. Hence, they must acquaint themselves with important dates related to these exams. The JEE Main is usually conducted in Jan/Apr (tentatively) every year.
