Hi, it can be observed that pursuing in Hyderabad can be either too expensive or inexpensive depending on the college and course you choose because about half of these colleges offer a tuition fee of less than INR 3 Lacs and the other half has a fee of more than INR 3 lakh. However you can refer below for the best BTech CSE colleges in Hyderabad that offer quality education at affordable cost:
| College Name | Tuition Fee | Eligibility / Exams |
|---|---|---|
| Maulana Azad National Urdu University | INR 32,000 | TS EAMCET |
| JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad | INR 54,000 | Merit-Based |
Hope this helps!

A score of 488 is below the usual cutoff for B.Tech at most central universities (typically 300–400+ marks). While admission into popular branches like CSE and EE is unlikely, you may consider less competitive engineering programs at smaller central or state universities. Fill choices in CSAS counselling carefully, focusing on institutes with lower cutoffs.
