No, you can't as for rank, securing a rank within the top 10,000 can be considered excellent, while ranks between 10,000 and 30,000 are also considered good for admission to reputable institutions but rank more than 100000 Will cause very difficult to get good college in Bangalore, you may get addmission through donation if possible, you need to enquire to the college you are interested in or try next year with good rank.

The JEE Main cut-off for NITs varies by institution, program, and reserved or unreserved category. The cut-off is based on factors like the number of seats and the difficulty level of the exam. But if anyone belongs to SC/ST then there is a great chance to get a seat in better NIT's.
