Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology and Management is a well-known institute in Durgapur for offering good placements to its BTech students annually. The course-wise placement details are yet to be released. However, the overall highest package offered during DIATM placements in 2024 stood at INR 10 LPA.

IIT Dhanbad offers a four-year BTech degree course in Computer Science & Engineering. Admission to the four-year course is entrance-based. It is also one of the top BTech branches. As per the IIT ISM Dhanbad's past years records, almost 100% of students from the CSE department get placed.Ranking: IITs have a higher ranking and reputation among the engineering colleges in India and the world. Seven IITs are in the top 10 of the NIRF 2020 ranking, while NIT Trichy is ranked 9th among the engineering colleges and 1st among the NITs.

To be eligible for admission to BTech at Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology and Management, candidates must fulfil the basic eligiblity requirements as per the college set standards. Candidates who pass Class 10 and Class 12 from a recgonised board are eligible to apply for BTech at DIATM. Further, candidates are required to apply and appear in one entrance exam i.e.  WBJEE and JEE Main accepetd by the college.

Yes, a four-year BTech programme is available in full-time mode at DIATM. Further, the college offers lateral entry in BTech. The course is offered in affiliation with MAKAUT. Admission to the programme is granted based on the one entrance exam score, such as JEE Main, WBJEE and WB JELET. To get the seat candidates are required to complete the admision criteria set by the college.

GIET Engineering College has mentioned its B.Tech total fee breakdown around 6.34 lakhs to 7.64 lakhs for four years. Breakdown:

- Tuition fee: INR 90,000 – INR 1,10,000 per annum

- Development fee: INR 10,000 – INR 15,000 per annum.

- Other fees (exam, library, etc.): INR 5,000- INR 10,000 per annum for both Part time & Full time.

- Hostel fee (optional): Depending on the employees experience it ranges between INR 60,000 to INR 80,000 per annum.

-Total intake: In six different branches, it is 600 student enrolled

Yes, the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering program at ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh is good and really expensive

The Institute recognizes scores of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) and Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). The prerequisite is minimum 60% marks as aggregate in class XII in Physics, Mathematics (compulsory) and Chemistry/Computer science/Bio-tech/Biology from any recognized Board or equivalent.

Yes, college change is allowed in Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). For this, college change NOC can be issued for 3rd semester after branch change process is completed at college level. For this, the following conditions must be fulfilled: 

Admissions in any branch should not be less than 75% of the admissions in the respective branch/branches at 1st year level. 

Branch change has to be done at college level only. 

Branch change is not allowed for B.Arch./B.Plan.
