Candidates must earn at least 50% of the possible points (45% for restricted categories) in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology in their 10+2 exam. They have to be eligible for Anna University's TNEA 2025 counseling. As an alternative, lateral admission is possible with a Diploma in Engineering or Technology with 45% of the possible points (or 40% for protected categories). Merit-based admission is determined by TNEA ranks.
