The students who get selected for BTech admission in ICFAI University, Jharkhand will be notified by the university by July 2026. Thereafter they have to pay the admission fee and the tuition fee for the first semester to confirm their seat. The classes for the new academic session will begin in August 2026.

JNU BTech admission is based on Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. After meeting the cut off requirement, students need to participate in the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. JNU releases specific cutoff ranks for each engineering branch.

Average package received during IIT Madras BTech placements 2025 for CS, EE and CH branch was 53.2 LPA, 28.8 LPA and 18.8 LPA. In CE, ME and AE branch, it was between 16.9 LPA and 17.5 LPA.

Yes, IIT Dharwad does provide fee remission on the basis of family income-

  1. If your annual family income is less than INR 1 Lakh, your entire tuition fee is waived off

  2. If your family income is between INR 1 - 5 Lakhs, you have to pay only 1/3rd of the tuition fee. 

It is important to note that waivers apply only to the tuition fee. You would need to pay the hostel, mess, development and other charges.
