All courses admission to UPES Dehradun are open for 2024. Admission to UPES is solely determined by entrance. A minimum of 50% in class 10 and class 12, with 50% in PCM (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) in class 12, is required for admission to the B.Tech program. Candidates may also apply using their JEE Mian and CUET results; to get admitted using their SAT India score, they must score at least 50%. To admit students to B.Tech programs, the university also administers its own UPESEAT exam. 

The hostel fee for BTech at IIT Bombay can be broken down into two parts:

Hostel Charges per Semester: covers room rent and basic amenities. For the 2024 academic year, it's estimated to be around INR13,000 per semester.

Per Semester Mess Advance: advance payment for food expenses at the hostel mess. In 2024, it's estimated to be around INR22,500 per semester.

Total Hostel Fee per Semester: The estimated total hostel fee per semester at IIT Bombay for BTech students in 2024 is around INR13,000 + INR22,500 = INR35,500.

All BTech admissions at College of Engineering Bhubaneswar are determined only by entrance. The primary qualifying requirements for applying to COEB's BTech programme are passing Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for the reserved category) in Mathematics and Physics, which are required subjects, plus one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology. After that, candidates must have a valid score to be eligible for JEE Main or OJEE. The final decision is made in light of the applicant's admission exam results and prior academic standing.

According to the University of Hyderabad's official website, admission to the five-year Integrated M.Tech in Computer Science programme is contingent upon candidates fulfilling the required minimum eligibility and having a valid JEE Main exam result. This five-year Integrated M.Tech degree was introduced by the UoH School of Computer and Information Sciences and will begin in the academic year 2014–15. After five years, students receive an M.Tech degree; however, there is no exit exam.

In order to be eligible for a BTech programme at Jadavpur University, applicants must fulfil the following requirements: completed Class 12 at least 60% overall from an accredited board, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry required (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD). For BE courses, the minimum age is 17. Furthermore, aspirants need to have a legitimate WBJEE score, as the exam result is the basis for the selection procedure. Candidates must complete particular steps to apply, such as registering on the official website, completing the application form, and attending counselling sessions. The application process is done online.

UMU BTech placements 2024 report is not available. However, UMU 2023 Overall placements data is available. According to that, a total of 73 students were placed in leading companies such as SBI Life Insurance, ESAF Small Finance Bank, Vivo, and many others.
