No, a BTech degree is not exclusive to only IITs. While IITs do offer BTech, various other engineering colleges in India also provide BTech degrees.

GH Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur offers BTech across numerous specialisations. The tuition fee for B.Tech costs around INR 6.8 L. This cost is exclusive of other components such as examination fee, application fee, security deposit, etc. This fee is taken from the official website but is still subject to change. Candidates are advised to visit the official website before applying to GH Raisoni College of Engineering.

While applying for the UPESEAT exam candidates only need a minimum of 50% marks in class 10th and 12th and for PCM subjects of class 12th. However applying for the BTech mathematics and computing programme requires a minimum of 70% marks in class 10th and 12th and 70% marks individually in class 12th PCM subjects.

Admission to all IIT Bhilai courses is done through various national-level entrance exams. The institute offers a wide range of programmes to students at the UG, PG, and PhD levels. Some of the popular national-level entrance exams accepted by the institute are JEE Main, JEE Advanced, GATE, UGC, NET, etc. Hence, it is a bit difficult to get a seat for BTech at IIT Bhilai. However, with the right preparation and study strategy, it is never impossible to achieve the goal.

For admission into the BTech course at Jain University candidates must fulfil a total of 3 conditions which are:
- Eligibility Criteria- Candidates must have passed Class 10 and 12 with a 45% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics plus Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science/Biology as optional subject.
- Application Form: Candidates must complete the online application process on the college official website.
- Entrance Exam: Candidates must qualify through either the Jain Entrance Test (JET) or via Uni-Gauge/JEE Mains/COMEDK entrance exams.
Candidates who apply through Uni-Gauge/JEE Mains/COMEDK will have to undergo a counselling process throug

After successfully completing your BTech Petroleum Engineering degree, you can either hunt for a job or look for some higher study options like an MTech in Petroleum Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering for specialised expertise and knowledge or pursue an advanced-level Diploma in Petroleum/Oil and Gas Engineering. Apart from the BTech Petroleum Engineering tuition fee, you also have to pay extra charges for the hostel facilities if you're staying in the college hostel, college applications, semester exam registration, lab work fee, caution money, mess charges, student welfare fund and other miscellaneous charges. No. The BTech Petroleum Engineering coursework is not the same for all colleges but rather varies on the basis of individual university guidelines and unique coursework approaches. You can find similarity in some of the core subjects taught across colleges but the elective subjects, capstone projects, and field visit work differ greatly. You can find the semester wise syllabus for BTech Petroleum Engineering on the respective college websites where you are interested in pursuing the course.
