If you want to become a chef you can join a culinary college for it, you don't have to complete your B.Com. You can directly apply after class 12th.

You can apply for Bachelor of Arts in International Culinary Arts which is a 3 year full-time degree course especially designed for the students interested in culinary & cooking. The course has dual certification from Queen Margaret University, UK and an UGC recognized Indian University

It depends on the institute you want to take admission in. You can see previous years cut off for the particular college you want to take admission in. Minimum 50% is required.

Hello Siddharth, After 12th, you can pursue Bachelor's in Hotel Management or any Culinary course from a reputed Hotel Management institute.

For becoming a chef you need to pursue courses. It can be like B.Sc in hospitality and hotel management, Diploma in food and beverage services or Bachelor of hotel management and catering technology.

There is no value of Bachelor of engineering in hotel management so you have to start it from the beginning.
