As per my opinion and knowledge you must go for Alliance Business School, Bangalore instead of BIMM Pune for MBA as this university has high range of packages per year.

Yes, you can apply but with such a low score you need to perform extremely well in GD/PI round and also, you have a good resume to attract the officials' attention.

As asked before, you have a good chance of being admitted in BIMM. Just perform well in your entrance tests and GDPI rounds. Gaps in education are not an issue, if you have a solid academic performance.

You have a good chance of admission in BIMM. Gaps in education is not an issue until and unless a company which comes for placements asks for a maximum age limit or looks in touch gaps before recruiting.

For CAT, it would be more than 50%ile at least and for CMAT, it should be 75%ile and above. Lesser marks will be considered only if you have additional qualifications or work experience of more than 1 year. Also, extra co-curricular activities are considered.

The students needs to opt for a specialization in the first year itself as teaching for the specialization starts from the first semester.
