Dear Friend, first of all you have to see the strength against which you have to do your hard work. Sri Balaji is a good choice but there the student strength is 1200+ but infrastructure is good. So it's my advice to do a strong research on Sri Balaji. PUMBA is a good choice as low batch strength an

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in both the college. You have to do well in your GD and PI.

For first two months during the skill training period, you need to wear saree and till the course gets over, the dress code will be salwar kurta.

B.Tech is not enough. You have to do M.Tech or MCA from reputed institute. You have to write GATE.
