Hello Mansoor, your ranking in KC is quite good. I feel that with this ranking you should get admission in the branch and the college of your desire. But unfortunately the branch of computer science is engineering is a different cup of tea. Here a student needs to be in top bracket to get admission.

Yes, it is valid, but for MS you need to develop your skills beyond B.Tech, so that you understand the level of studies which is carried out abroad.

There are many other universities which are good for this programme and also it gives the required exposure.
I would say Lovely professional University is good based on all the aspects.
