Madras Medical College has a higher cut off, but if you can make it through, it will be the better option. It has been ranked higher and also has lower fees. It is ranked 15th among the top Medical colleges of India for the year 2018, whereas the Bangalore Medical College is ranked 17th.

Hi,I hope you are doing good. This might be a late reply since you posted your question 2 months ago.
What's making you change your stream of carrier? you want to continue in the fashion designing field or move back to software once you finish your degree?
If you're really interested in fashion designing, Go full-time. I don't think they offer part-time courses.
Assuming that you have done your Bachelors, Here are Postgraduate options for you: after BTech, you can do M.Ftech(master of fashion technology) or M.Des(master of design)

The fees for biotechnology (B.Sc) is 1, 02,200 INR per year. And, their hostel is luxury. And, they take 80,000 INR per year as hostel fees. This is without any extra charges. You have to pay extra charges, in case you want anything.

Hr Specialisation is most sought after.
You can take finance if you are from commerce background
Marketing if you like that sector
Operations if you wish to go into logistics shipping retail warehousing and manufacturing sector
If you are unsure then just join the course as the specialization can be selected after 6 months or you can go into an MBA in general management.

You can apply for ITM-Mumbai, Balaji Institutes-Pune, XIME-Bangalore, XIMR-Mumbai, BIMTECH-Noida, Flame University-Pune and MIT-Pune. Also, you need to score more than 90 percentile to get a call from a good college.
