I assume by management seat you mean general admission. If so, the eligibility criteria would be 50% in all semesters of your B.com. if you are eligible you can apply for the course online. You may refer this link for guidance as to how to apply.
https://christuniversity.in/commerce-and-management/commerce/master-of-commerce-(mcom)/860.
There would be a selection process that you need to clear after applying. The selection process consists of skill assessment (skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.) and personal interview.

For getting admissions in LLB, you need to give the entrance exam of law which is CLAT. I'll share with you the important dates for this and colleges where you can apply as well for this course.
You can plan your dates accordingly and apply to the colleges which are well recognised for their degree in law:
NLSIU, Bangalore
NALSAR, Hyderabad
Campus law centre, Delhi
Symbiosis Law School, Pune
UPES, Dehradun

I know that your life will be doomed in Ramaiah Institute of Management studies. Please don't fall into the trap.
Nothing is good about this MBA College.
MS Ramaiah is a very good college.
RIMS just uses the same brand name, that is all.
Most people think that MS Ramaiah and RIMS is the same.
But, it is not the truth .
RIMS is way out of the main campus , and is under MS Ramaiah foundation. They promise good placement, but none of their promise are met at the end.
Same is for Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies (RIBS ) and Ramaiah Institute of Legal Studies (RILS)
These are not the same as MS Ramaiah.
They lie about the placement and everythi
