If you are planning to opt to complete your MS in finance from India, you would need your pass certificates from your undergraduate degree. If you want to study MS abroad you may need to appear for GRE exams. Once you obtain a valid GRE score, that score can be used for your application for MS abroad. CA is itself a highly decorative profession. You can easily seek a job into an MNC. However, if you still are interested in further upgrading yourself than you can go for MBA with specialisation into finance. It will give you a very good exposure into the management branch. Yes for finance and HR placements are good. This year around 140 companies have shown a positive response to the placement but marketing people have an edge for more salary package as compare to finance and HR.
Yes, college does provide specialization in both the courses.
