Finance is a vast field. You first need to decide about the area of finance in which you are interested & then based on it pursue a course.

Dear Kavya,
Both the options are good. It always depends on the area of interest of the child. Marketing will give you high end scope of work in its field whereas, finance will give you a good exposure to various scenarios into money management. Both are rewarding careers. I hope this would suffice.

Well MBA (IB) is emerging field due to global interconnectivity of business firms and operations. Also, the placement scenario is also bright for MBA (IB) students. But make sure you do it from a descent college like IIFT, XLRI, etc. and have exposure of international markets such as china. Next best bet would be marketing and then finance due to the placement scenario and trend of jobs in the country.

The job profiles offered by SSC are more varied when compared to the banking sector. The nature of work in SSC CGL depends upon the service allotted. It could range from clerical, administrative, typing, and compiling reports, to carrying out raids, inspections, surveillance, etc.
On the other hand, the job profile in the banking sector is to enhance the business of the bank, implement government policies, manage clearance of payments, etc. Based on their interest, aspirants should decide between the two profiles but in my opinion banking is better option as it provides many facilities to its employees, salaries are also good.

This will depend on the profile that you get in BPO/KPO. In case you are getting a finance related job then that would be helpful.

Hi,
Abroad is a wide term in itself. Different universities have different requirements. Your profile seems good though you did not mention your grades. Check universities in France, Netherlands, Australia, etc.

Hi,
Your chances seem bright. Your admissions will also depend majorly on your SOP and the LORs. Besides, different universities have different admission requirements and acceptance rates.
