Both will be good. B.Com is more inclined towards accounts, taxation and it is preferable to opt for CA or higher studies M.Com to get a desirable job, whereas, BBA is business administration and will be focused more on business-related topics. A decent job can be grabbed if you have done BBA from a recognised institute, though MBA would again be necessary for a desirable job.

There is no entrance exam for the distance learning program. You can get the prospectus and apply for the desired course. If eligible you will be admitted.
