Yes, BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. It is a general management education course. Students who have passed 12th standard are eligible to pursue this course. If you are interested in pursuing a management course right after 12th, BBA will suit you!
Eligibility criteria:
10+2 passed (any stream- science, commerce or arts) from a recognized board (or equivalent) is the minimum educational qualification required. Minimum aggregate marks criteria, if exists, could be anywhere between 45-55% aggregate marks.

MBA has become an essential criteria as it teaches you the nuances of a business structure. I think MBA after B.Tech is much better to add to your skill which will inculcate in you varied skills. Yes can easily get admission in BBA in the private colleges easily and there are many colleges in which you can get admission in at this score but those colleges might charge you a heavy fees.
