Go for B.Sc, not for BBA because B.Sc is for the science stream students. It would be better to focus on this course as aviation is a science based field, having less of management content.

Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is a 3-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management. Eligibility for BBA Course -
1. Completion of HSC (10+2 level) from a recognised educational board
2. English as one of the subjects at HSC
3. Minimum aggregate score of 50% to 60% at 10+2 level of education. Admission Process vary from college to college.

1. English
2. Reasoning
3. Maths
4. GK
5. Management aptitude.

Yes, you can apply for this college. If the college authorities have problem regarding the BMI, then they will offer you some time period to have the required BMI, so that you can easily join the college.
