You can take UGAT who conducted by all India management association. If you're qualify this exam you can get admission in 62 top universities under AIMA like AMU etc.

Read the following for your question. Eligibility for Admission (Indian Students)Passed XII or equivalent course in any discipline from any recognised Board / Council / University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of SC and ST category. Qualifying the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET), Personal interview & Writing Ability Test of our centre. As you scored 13553 rank in CET exam. It is a great rank in the BBA exam by GGSIPU. So there are so many good colleges from whom you can select. Some of them are ADGITM, DSPSR, RDIAS, etc.

BBA Tourism is a better course by far in comparison. B.Voc H&T is good too but it still is B.Voc. BBA has way better demand and recognition.

It would be a little difficult relative to others but not impossible. To get into MBA 10th, 12th and bachelors are considered. Finally, the CAT score plays the most important role. Also, depending on the college the rules changes on what weightage is given to which section. You may do a little research on the colleges you aim for and apply by taking educated decision. For example for MBA in IIT Delhi you need to have good score throughout and in CAT. But I am sure there are other colleges which give more importance to other things like extra curricular activities.
