You can not get direct admission in SSCBS. You are advised to appear for Common Entrance Test conducted by Delhi University. The scholarship will bwe on basis of the income certificate shared.

That depends on your interest. Both are good fields if you were interested in commercial or finance side. Go for B.Com and if you were interested in business oriented studies, go for BMS or BBA.

Both the courses are really great to opt but I would recommend for the Hons course as, BBA course, a three-year undergraduate degree, focuses highly on developing business skills.
