BBA from IEM is much better. Being a student of the college, I must say the faculty is much nice. Regarding placements, it holds a good record. You might pursue an MBA from IEM too.

BBA is a Bachelor of Business Administration and if you want to opt for this you should have some knowledge or interest in business management. Whereas, in B.Tech you have the opportunity to create something new and interesting. B.Tech requires analytical skills and a good problem solver along with some mathematical skills. First of all, IIM doesn't provide purely Bachelor's programme. But, IIM-Indore provides an integrated programme of 5 years which is BBA+MBA. You can get into IIM-Indore after completing your class 12th by giving it's entrance exam, which is IPMAT. The cut off is more than 60% in the aggregate of the subjects. As per my knowledge, every graduation course needs 3 years to be completed. Don't go for fake advertisements which says your degree in one year.

Yes, you will be able to do it. There are a lot of universities like Christ Bangalore and IPU, which provide BBA to students from any field. Stream is no barrier in this way. But, some institutes like Narsee Monjee and DU ask for Maths.BBA and BBM are two names of the same course. There is no difference. They are the same.
