Yes, the admissions for BBA (2018-19 batch) are still open. You can apply for BBA at-

under the self-financed stream (evening), UG courses.
The last date to fill the application is 31st July, 2018.

Which course are you are looking for? Because, criteria depends only on the percentage.

The candidate from PCB group will, I hope, appear for 10+2 from some other board. NIOS is another board but it is not a requisite for BBA. Admission can be taken in BBA if the candidate has 12th with PCB also. It is not compulsory to appear for NIOS.

Each of the courses has equal importance at their own places and are different from one another, each of them has many career opportunities and scope in future. It totally depends on which field you are interested in. As per the priority BBA is the better option.

No, SET is compulsory for your consideration for any SCMS.

You have very less chances, have a better luck at BVP if you are going for it.

It is good and now with a new campus it would be taking education to new horizons and a better holistic development.
