All the colleges have their admissions going on right now and for BBA the top colleges according to me are:
1. St. Xavier's College
2. JD Birla Institute
3. ILEAD
4. Amity University and many others are there.

There is no problem in choosing these subjects. But it is better to have mathematics + commerce because commerce students face some problems in graduation if they don't have any knowledge of maths.

Yes, you can definitely take admission for MBA after your BBA. There is no need of taking any drop. Rather drop would lead you to another works and you would feel not to go for MBA then. It's better to complete your studies first and then take a good placement from the college.

For business management studies you need to apply for BBA and then MBA. I guess there are no exams in BBA but yes, MBA has the entrance exams. You can appear for the same by preparing it yourself from reference books available or can join the coaching classes for the same which would always be a better option.

Yes, placements are there after BBA but to get good salary packages go for MBA after BBA.

Studies of business management are facilitated by various institutes. Fees of all the institutes are different from each other and therefore you need to find out from which university you want to pursue your MBA and according to it find out the fees of different institutes.

BBA can be said to be the most relevant courses in management. You can always opt for BBA. The courses of BBA honors and BBA are almost the same but that of B.Com is not same it is different. You can check the official courses and syllabus included in the same.
