MBA is the most ideal degree after a BBA. A student who finishes BBA would be able excel well in MBA.

Do I need accounts as a subject in class 12th to go for BBA+MBA and B.Com+M.Com?

If you are from science stream for 12th, you don't need to give account subject for doing BBA + MBA if you want to do B.Com + M.Com, then you need to know the basic concept about accounts which will help you while doing B.Com + M.Com or B.Com + MBA.

MBA in finance is the best option for you, if you are pursuing B.Com. Try to score above 50% and appear for CAT and MAT. I am of the opinion that one must not pursue BBA, to go for MBA finance.
