Hi Aniket,
No, I am very sorry to say but you cannot. There are certain standards and rules which you must follow when you are applying to a university or college, you cannot jump from one course to another without a process. If you were interested in astronomy you should have thought about this earlier. The only option for you is to start your Bachelor's degree again but only if you had science in class 12th. If you do not have the slightest of the education background required you have no chance but to see open learning online programs like EdX, CourseEra, etc.

You cannot migrate to another college for another course. You will not have to leave the college and apply again for BBA course.

BBA Course: Admission Process:
Admission to the course is generally entrance exam based. The entrance tests are organized at national, state or university level by various authorities. A merit list is prepared on the basis of qualifying examination or entrance examination. Most of the colleges conduct separate entrance exam for admission to BBA course. Hi,
To convert the CGPA to a percentage, multiply it with 9.5. To convert GPA into the percentage you just need to multiply you grading point with 9.5. For example, if your score is 9.8 GPA, then in % it will be 9.8*9.5=93.1%.
