The difference between integrated and individual course is that you can get dual degree at the same. The benefits of integrated course are:
1. It saves your 1 year as individual courses will be of total 5 years and integrated course will complete in 4 years.
2. It saves your time for preparing for entrance exams for post graduate course I. e. MBA in your case.
3. Also, you get to know more about the course and you will get more exposure as you will spend more time with same faculty. The disadvantage of integrated course is, you don't have chance to study or pursue MBA from any other reputed B-School. Once you have taken admission, you have to complete the course or else you can pursue MBA again, but after clearing entrance exam only.

Hi Aniket, I will advise you to be a little realistic and practical now, you should be aware that securing a job in the United States firstly is a challenge, so getting a job immediately is somewhat more challenging. Which course you have to study will depend on what kind of job you want to. You can do MBA but MBA programs need applicants with work experience. Apart from MBA you can see MS Management. Once you complete the course you will be given 6 to 1 year time to look for a job. Focus on getting a good education, if you complete your studies properly and from a good university in US then you can also look for opportunities outside USA.
