Hi Maaz, see if you have to got good percentile in entrance exam like CAT,MAT, XAT then only you can able to apply for MBA. Can you please able to give more information so that I can help you better? In first year you can't take specialization in second year only will be able to choose from HR, marketing, and finance.

Year gap should not affect admission into MBA. But for placements, I have witnessed a policy against hiring people with year gaps. Please keep in mind that this is based on a one-time experience with one particular company and the person in question had a two-year gap. The same person got job offers from other companies as well. I would encourage you to get at least 2 years of work-ex and pursue an MBA. And don't worry about the year gap, it does't matter anymore.

BBA in ASBM is under Utkal University which is the oldest and premier university of the state. Also, ASBM is one of the nine institutes in the country with dual international accreditation which is why I would go with this option.
