MBA programs abroad are designed for working professionals, at least 2 years of professional experience, after you complete your BBA is essential. Without work experience, you must be something extraordinary for universities to accept you. Limited universities do accept freshers, they are not highly ranked ones. Direct admissions don't exists, if you plan to study abroad. Tests such as GMAT, GRE, TOEFL or IELTS must be taken. It is actually compatible, you just need to understand accounts. You need to know basic accountancy, which is taught during your class 11th and class 12th. But, still people jump from Science to Commerce. It is manageable, and is not too hard as Science.

ICFAI-IBS is better among your options. It is an 8.2/10 rated college with excellent infrastructure. It costs you INR 1.9 Lakhs per year.

Yes. Ensure the distance university you are willing to pursue is recognised by UGC and other boards to run the institution. If an non-UGC accredited gives you seat and certification after the course it might not be valid to pursue higher studies and the value of the certification will not gain you any job opportunities. Do some research about the college you want to do your distance course in.

Hi, Colleges usually consider class 12th score for admission process. But you need to check with the college if they consider 10th score as well.

According to me, you have to apply for a test conducted by the Punjab university and accordingly as per the score of the exam you are allotted the campus for studies.and most probably there is no benefit of UGAT exam.
