Shimla University is good for BBA but private university is better than government. So, search some private universities. Read reviews of the colleges from some site.

Firstly, you have to find out the area of interest of yours subject which you like the most. If you are good in marketing area, you can opt for the same. Your decision is more important. You can take advice from your faculty they can easily explain you.

Yes, you can choose BBA. Many colleges take lateral admission for BBA. First, you have to find out the name of colleges who are taking lateral entry.
