If you have 80% in 12th, then I don't think that you need to pay any donation as you can get direct admission. Some of the best colleges are:
1) Shaheed Shukhdev College (you miss the deadline).
2) IP university (you miss deadline)
3) Amity University, Noida (good chances are there and trust me that this is really good college for BBA, but only Noida campus).
4) Symbiosis Pune (you can check but I think deadline is out u can pay donations)
5) Christ University, Bangalore (check there, if you can pay donations).
6) Asian School of Business, Noida ( I also took admission here because this is one of top colleges in Delhi NCR, you can get direct admission with no donation. Fee is also low)

Since you already got work experience, you can go ahead with the Executive MBA degree (1 year). And you may also opt for the regular full-time MBA degree, if you got time for that.

The main difference between an executive MBA program and a full-time MBA program is the design and delivery. An executive MBA program is primarily designed to educate experienced working executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders who want to hold a full-time job while they earn their degree. A full-time MBA, on the other hand, has a more demanding class schedule and is designed for people who have work experience but plan to devote most of their time to their studies instead of working a full-time job while they earn their degree.
So now, you can decide as per your requirements and convenience.

There is a lot of confusion about this. ICFAI University Tripura, Sikkim are listed as recognised private universities on UGC websites but there are a few notifications about territorial jurisdiction of these degrees offer which says that any private university can't offer degrees through franchise or off campus mode which are located out of the state where university is located. For eg. ICFAI Tripura is listed as recognised on UGC deb for offering distance learning programmes but it can't offer degree from learning center located in Maharashtra.
Now to this notification or clause, high court have issued an stay order stating that territorial jurisdiction condition is to avoid any kind of commercialisation of education and not for geographical limits.
So, basically everything is unclear. Better go for IGNOUI or something which is more safer and also affordable than ICFAI.
