Hello Mohan,
Yes, you can easily do BBA after completing Diploma. If you score more than 40% in your Diploma course then you can do BBA.

Buddy, it is not possible to do regular MBA as you don't have minimum requirements. You must have 50% in graduation. If you don't have then you can't do it.

Good evening,
Look, both are equally good.
But if compared, there are more options available after B.Com than BBA.
So, my suggestion to you is do B.Com (Honours) rather then BBA or simple B.Com degree.
