Go through the institutions website for the course which you are looking for. Generally, admission to BBA program is done through aptitude test and other procedure but it depends from college to college. So, do check with the institute which you are looking for.

Hello,
If you are doing your BBA it will give you the basic knowledge, skills and experience for 1 or 2 years after graduation, than you can think about MBA program from a top B-school from India or abroad.
Through dual degree, you will be bound for next year than you don't have any choice to change your program. After 3 years program, you can think of advertising industry, LLB, public policy, international relations, etc. apart from MBA program.
